My Life Was A Perfect Dream..
This Is For The Souls Who Can Relate To The Dark Parts Of My Truth
I did it all wrong, my life you know?
Lost but somehow feeling more like myself..
It hasn't been easy overcoming what felt like eternity in my own version of hell
Stories of my demons and depression and how I overdosed..
The nightmare I wouldn't hang to sell
My life was a perfect dream that took a turn for the worst ...
But I'd do it all over again, if that gave me my son and the memories of what happiness and love felt like
Don't tell me anything that you think i want to hear, all I want is someone to be there in those times of fear..
Or when i felt like my own death was near
could you do that? be in the darkness, even when you didn't have to?

Final Call
She flings her arms around my neck and squeezes me like she’s never going to let me go. My head spins as her lips brush against my cheek. She must be able to feel my heart thumping in my chest. I shuffle backwards and ram my hands into my coat pockets, watching her reach down and heave the rucksack across her shoulders.
