My Heart and I

My Heart and I, a duo bound,

Weave tales and stories to astound,

Through pen and ink our thoughts take flight,

Crafting worlds both dark and bright.

We shape our characters with care,

Their hopes and fears we make them bear,

And as they live upon the page,

Our hearts, in turn, become their stage.

With every word we pen anew,

We pour our souls into the view,

Creating worlds that come alive,

As we, the authors, strive and thrive.

And though the journey may be long,

We'll let our passion guide us on,

For My Heart and I will always be,

Ink-stained writers, forever free.
