You will find her hiding
In the secret places of the tallest grass,
You will see her skin glow under the sunrise;
Listen to her breathe with the earth—
They are one
She grew up from the dust
And allowed the wind to carry her soul
Now, you can hear her laugh in the breeze
As she comes and goes—
The universe welcomes her
She tends to the flowers
And cares for the bees
In return, they gift her honey and wings;
They appreciate her more than she knows—
She sees what is beautiful inside of them
She will soar to places high and low,
Leaving nothing but the fingerprints
Of a selfless spirit
If you ever catch her eye,
She will reach for your hand—
Inviting you into something bigger than yourself
