Through thick and thin, through break and bend,

Through many kinds of mess

I knew, my friend, you were my friend,

My friend and nothing less

And so today I can depend

On truth you tell uncut,

I know, my friend, you are my friend,

My friend and nothing but

Alas, the things that never end

Are never like before -

And you, my friend, will be my friend,

My friend and nothing more

I believe that each day is a blessing, every story is amazing and all poems should rhyme!
