From earth to the skies and stars
It’s good to see you now not far
Time long lost in early wonder
But here you are after so much sunder
Tis time to tell of such fine treasure
For human it would be my pleasure
For twas you they looked and learned
Ah a beauty tis what they earned.
Towering like the mountains high
That is how we came to the sky
Oh these rocks what a clever place
Ah yea and old ship docking space
Oh where is this you are taking me now
Listen puny human you will now bow

Thanks again for the tag! Juggling a very active 12 month old but still trying to keep at it! I have so many dreams. Some crazy and out there and so so real I don’t realize I’m dreaming. From weird zombie like chases to surfing down rivers made of mud. My nights are sure kept interesting. Pretty sure my subconscious loves adventure as much me.😂

Reaching Out
I promise her. I'd do anything for her. She's my mom. Even as Lanie and Deanna are flying home, Mom is scrappy fighting dying. She lays too still in that too-big bed with all the toasty white hospital blankets, in the south tower, at the broad end of a long slow-turning corner that delivers me again to her private room with the view she can't see through, with the beeping that tells us nothing new, and all these ice chips she can't swallow, and a flood of well-intentioned nurses who cannot do a damned thing all the same.
