I love my rest,
as it is the best.
But it isn't always possible to do,
unless I'm really close to you.
My bed
Is my best friend.
It helps me sleep,
then each day repeats.
In the morning, I'm the caregiver.
When alone, I cry a river.
As we get close,
away I doze.
Away I creep
into my next sleep.

Hopefully, with the use of melatonin, I will be able to do an updated version of this next year. In that version, I am hoping to be getting more than my current average of five hours of sleep.
