You should be the subject of every Sonnet

You should be the subject of every Sonnet,

and every star should have your name written on it

You know I can't shake the thoughts of your body,

and I know it's not my place to keep thinking about your waist

Everything you've got

Everything you've got

I'd die for it

Why do I pretend I'm not intelligent?

Why do you pretend you're not Heaven sent?

I broke the wall

Only for you to shut the gates

Feel like I'm mute

The only thing I can do is speak your name

You should be the subject of every Sonnet,

and every star should have your name written on it

You know I can't shake the thoughts of your body,

and I know it's not my place to keep thinking about your waist

Everything you've got

Everything you've got

I'd die for it

Why do I pretend I'm not intelligent?

Why do you pretend you're not Heaven sent?

I broke the wall

Only for you to shut the gates

Feel like I'm mute

The only thing I can do is speak your name

heartbreak
