The city of angels has magic galore,
but when it comes to the changing of seasons,
there’s still much to explore.
It can feel like summer in the fall,
winter is far too warm,
and summer is too hot to be enjoyed at all.
Sometimes magic will find you though,
no matter the weather.
One year I saw it there on the concrete…SNOW.
It wasn’t made by a director or their assistant,
falling from the sky like an icy dream,
not even just for a fleeting moment - those flakes were persistent.
There in the studio tour bundled in a tram,
my true love and I felt magic that winter.
Snow in Los Angeles, as real as I am.
