Every cell in your body dances, it fills the floor with energy
Leaving your back to extend in a flexible symphony of such releasing ways
To remember the way it feels to let loose and give it away
To be in the state of flow and show the world you're here to stay
More to belong in the movement made by the universe
A twinkling touch to the toes you have worked so hard with
A moment where your beats enlighten others to move themselves
Culture all around for people to smile and enjoy
Every step, every turn its so if you didn't have to learn
All natural the way to express yourself, to be free once again
