I woke up one day

Feeling so empty

Got nothing better to do

Other than dragging myself out of bed

My heart feels so heavy

Thoughts of you fills my head

Leaving me with loneliness

The house is vacant of you

You’re never coming back

When I lifted my gaze towards the mirror

The reflection of me

And I never looked so broken

Eyes used to be so full of love

Now replaced with dullness

Everywhere in here is filled with you

Your scent hangs in the air

Your laughter rings in my ears

Your touch lingers around

Your smile etched in my memory

Your voice resonates within me

So tell me, how am I supposed to move on

If your memories keep haunting me

When I’m trying to let you go?
