'What's in motion stays in motion,' - Newton's First Law of Motion.

This always applies to humans as well. As humans age, they tend to slow down; joints, memory, and muscles are all examples of "if you don't use it, you will lose it."

No, you don't need to be in the gym, become a gym rat, or be Sheldon Cooper smart, but doing simple things like walking daily, light yoga, and stimulating your mind daily will do wonders for you as you get older.

If you have the time to sit around and doomscroll, you have time to keep your body and mind in shape so you can enjoy life to the fullest.
