Move, Leap and Pivot
Embody your souls expression
The saddest dance in life is the one we dance alone,
With no partner; no competition; no audience - no chance of stardom.
Step in or step out - it simply doesn't matter,
On an empty stage, there are no dreams to shatter.
Perfectly poised between immortality and insignificance.
Choose to dance joyfully as who you are or disappear into the sufferance.
Breathing in the dead space, exhaling imagination;
The silence within life's rhythm interrupts the minds inspiration.
Be different - let the cheer be that of your own, for you may never be discovered;
Spin into wholesome freedom - or, your passions may never be uncovered.
Move, leap and pivot - embody your souls expression;
Dance without expectation, hurt or morbid inhibition.
The theatre may be empty, but dance until your heart is full,
For life has no rehearsal and each step is final.

Here I am, and here I'll stay;
Like the moon in the darkness that refuses to fade.
Clouds will cover, but cannot take from my reign;
Mark this as the moment that they realise, as they scoff with distain.
