Mother You Hurt M

An Acrostic Sonnet

Mother you hurt M before you expired

On a damp day in two thousand thirteen

Thunder and lightening were loosely wired

Hell was above before M met Athene

Every mother is not a good mother

Reason is not incumbent on the right

Yesterdays turn to tomorrows rather

Over many years or a single night

Under a tree the warmth is genuine

Healing the past with a natural now

Under a genetic tie a red line

Running along a string of anyhow

Thank you for all the memories restored

M did not hurt you when the time was scored

-----

Dedicated to M’s father.
