Oh, morning Web. Bereft, as yet, of tales

That later on will buzz and live and die,

So calm, so cool, so pleasing to the eye,

Your weave like ether, like a downy sky.,

And morning bots deliver morning mails .

And morning lights look down on morning desks ,

As offices come gradually alive ,

And every building, swarming like a hive,

Begins anew its journey nine to five,

Both menacing and utterly grotesque.

Ho - scaring all the electronic ghosts,

Come tweets, updates and statuses that boast

And sing, and lie of who had gained the most,

Of fortunes found, of romances lost,

And morning likes descend on morning posts.
