More Than Sex

True bonds are built on trust, not just desire

By Rohitha LankaPublished about a year ago • 1 min read

Is there not a deeper connection between individuals than just sex?

When a woman engages in conversation with a man

Or when two women or two men share intimacy,

Many in contemporary society hesitate to view those connections as anything beyond sexual or homosexual.

The quality of relationships in human society has declined to such an extent that it appears impossible for bonds devoid of sexual elements to exist.

Has humanity become diluted?

Is sexual desire truly the only requirement for people in this world?

The answer is no. What individuals truly seek are reliable relationships, camaraderie, and friendship.

What people cherish the most includes

Trustworthy individuals who can empathize with their pain without passing judgment.

People who assist in rectifying their errors without highlighting their faults.

Those who endure failures and gather strength for future challenges.

Individuals who share smiles in times of joy and remain genuine during hardships.

In essence, what people value above all else is

"Individuals who honor trust." 💕

While sex is merely one aspect of human existence, those who prioritize it above all else often view humanity through a limited lens.

Do not fabricate narratives when observing beautiful relationships that thrive on human connection.

The absence of meaningful relationships in your life reflects a personal shortcoming.

If your interactions with someone are strictly sexual, that is a concern for you.

Avoid imposing interpretations on the human emotions of others' relationships are deeply personal.

Let individuals navigate their own connections.
