More Than Exuberance

The silver lining never left, we just stopped looking.

We see best in the daylight.

More Than Exuberance

Where is my joy

Is it far or near

Where is my sorrow

Has it left or is it still here

The knowledge I carry

Is greater than last

The wonder in me

Is a net that's been cast

Such wisdom I hold

Has no means for fools

Nor purveyors of knowledge

As it's a pure tool

Closer than we know

Things that we writ

To forgive is to cherish

Let go to forget

I'm moving on forward

Though I didn't know

My memory was weak

You always did glow

I relish your merit

I honor your might

There's still luminescance

In the darkest of night

On so we carry

Moving past hills

I'll see you tomorrow

You carry me still

More Than Exuberance

Zen Attraction

Small town boy living in a gnarly city. Not hopeless but a bit of a romantic both in relationships and life. Through my writing I make it a personal mission to recreate a world for those few who still want to enjoy life's simple pleasures.
