She would look in the mirror & hate what she saw, she tried to love herself but the love was just ignored.

Everyday she tried so hard, she fell in love & just felt like she needed more.

It's hard to be yourself when you put others before your own,

For your own self should never be ignored but her big heart was just so hard to ignore.

It took over her actions made her into something more than just your average,

For this is a heartless world but she saw through the bad its what gave her leverage.

She wanted to make of herself something more,

But her insecurities leave her stuck for all she wants is to do something more

Cause being herself would leave her feeling worn.

For all that she gave was never returned,

Her big heart leaves her mourn.

For there is nothing she can change & she swore that there is nothing more to make her this worn, this mourn.

Observing these people around her, more like robots in skin, she begins to question why she has this feeling within,

they claim to be humble but are so caught in society so realistically they just sit back & watch the world crumble

She wants to help but there's no hope

Her big heart leaves her mourn,
