Double, double

tooth and claw

Cauldron bubble

gaping maw

Flash of fur

in putrid green

a growling purr

from ghoul unseen

with clanking chains

the ghosties dance

in howling pain

the werewolves dance

the goblin band

with sour tune

plays music grand

to fill the room

while witches' broomsticks

tap in time

it is no trick

this ball sublime

Oh what a treat

to see the trolls

devour and eat

the moldy rolls

and eyeball soup

that steams and boils

a pot of goop

and intestine coils

Swamp mud fudge

and batwing surprise

Reek of sludge

and fresh snake eyes

a banquet served

for every guest

and grim hors d'oeuvres

upon request

On Hallows' Eve

in grim parade

the monsters have their masquerade
