Denial is a two syllable word for what some might stand for to be a great foundation to build a lie upon…
And so you lie upon
The rough, edged wall
You stare at it as if something is missing
What is it?
What do you think of when you look in the mirror
See nothing but guilt and shame
Pain talks to you as an abiding mother
Caresses your head
Puts you to bed
You lie upon...the lies in which you said
Once again...lie is not denial
No, denial is a lie
And this lie, can’t go away, but hides under what the heart believes to be true, but in reality, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, so if you believe what you believe, pick the brush up, you paint this picture with ease, different colors, one represents pain, the other represents grief, oblivious to a broken canvas, without a vision, then how could you see, then how could you even believe...me
Another Mona Lisa...
Another painting to paint for me
