MOISTURE

A SLOW DRIP

By Cold Hearted CatharsisPublished 4 years ago • 1 min read

Cascading back and forth like lava in a flickering lamp, I am that fleeting fickle fucking feeling that leaves your body damp.

If only drowning myself in monster infested waters could suffocate me the same way your hands could. You are the only necklace I've worn that even made the struggle worth breathing.

Am I wrong to feel this way?

Has it only been just one day?

Left alone in a raging room reeking of regret. I ponder of all those slippery sayings that would make you dripping wet.

Creep up inside my hazardous heart. Let me drink every bit of your aching art.
