Mistakes,
Drops in a large bucket,
Mystery, myself,
Dropped in a small envelope
For you to close up.
Fountains,
I see the river choking in the man made structure,
Struggle; in a large bucket, terrified to breathe.
Forgettable, forgotten,
No longer able to move, but still there,
Still, and hungry without motive.
Mistakes,
Dropped like a missing envelope,
Dropped like a missing laugh,
It had left you years prior,
But it sinks into my bucket
Terrified to be let out.
You shake it, you lift it,
And toss my bucket aside
Or is it still holding water? I don’t not know.
It’s nausea settling in like crashing waves against a rocking boat,
It’s sinking and floating and barely
Being able to see or speak or smell or taste.
Mistakes.
It’s easier to stay inside the envelope,
But the mistakes pulled me out of it.

If we don't make mistakes, we don't learn, we don't live. Great words sis.
