Misplaced

poem

By Vijay KumarPublished 3 years ago • 2 min read

In the domains of shadows, where remnants of the past cling,

There's a story there, big and stark,

The poetry of a soul gathered and lost.

It weaves through twisting corridors.

With the leaves of autumn falling,

A tune that weeps subtly

A song, one thinks, of longing.

In shadowy rooms where mysteries reside,

The lines sigh softly and murmur.

Deep echoes begin to tell them,

Of dreams lost, in a faraway spell.

Every lyric has a sob, a lament,

Recollections beneath the sky become buried in the quiet cries.

Of hearts at sea, where dreams sail.

However, despite the reign of misery, a gleam of light, a faint strain,

A hope that rises and does not die

Ease the anguish, to mend the broken.

Thus, let this poetry, despite its bittersweet nature, shed light on the road ahead. Its lines provide us refuge and comfort for the people we encounter.

In the grip of dusk, where shadows meld,

The poem "Misplaced" comes to a conclusion.

But its verses stay and rise forever in the hearts that understand.

"Of Misplaced"

There's a poignant note written in the language of longing and loss, somewhere in the soft folds of recollection. It tells of hopes lost, dreams left unfulfilled, and the journey of people lost in the wide open world.

"Of Misplaced" is a symphony of emotions that resonate with the universal human experience of yearning and looking for belonging. It is more than just a collection of words. It challenges readers to explore the depths of their own souls and face the whispers of what may still be found as well as the echoes of what has been lost.

Its poems explore the difficult balancing act between hopelessness and optimism, grief and consolation. It is an example of resiliency and serves as a reminder that, despite the darkness of misfortune, there is still a glimmer of hope that can lead us on.

In the end, "Of Misplaced" weaves empathy and understanding amongst people who are divided by time and space, serving as a reminder of how intertwined all of our experiences are. It's a sound that reverberates through the halls of our common humanity, beckoning us to stop, think, and take comfort in the wonder of our shared journey.
