Met a man the next
Thought it couldn't be true
Just so relaxed
Out in the universe this little request
Came to me with ease
What I thought was respect
Only time would tell what would happen next

Turns out that man I met, was my future ex
Hoped it wasn't true, I was better off with out you
Just so chaotic
Hmm, little request
Showed up like a tornado
Too many seasons he made a guest appearance
I provided the clearance
Prayed for a friend that day
Met myself the next
Thought it couldn't be more true
So much disrespect
Universal request
You get what you give
Provided me a mirror
Showed what I truly reflect
