Mindfulness and Self-preservation
How to regulate yourself these Days
You have change from the person you were yesterday.
You know what you can and cannot tolerate from your life experience
You learn who you are. You also learn what the best reaction or no reaction with certain people.
Silence is good in your mindfulness, until you can decipher the right reaction that is best for all who are involved.
Sometimes you need to gain more information and sometimes you have enough to go with your gut feeling.
Have your gut feelings let you down before, you start to have doubts about your capabilities.
Some situation is just out of your control, as a Christian I turn to the wisdom of the Bible: Exodus 14:14.
Whatever your belief or Philosophy in life, I hope you are in tune with who you are and have the discernment on what you can handle. Just be careful how you used your words to communicate because you can never take them back.
Trauma also play a part on how you react and handle situation. Know yourself is also a key. Sometimes we out grow our environment and we have to adjust ourselves accordingly in a healthy way.
I hope you enjoy my philosophical poem.

Hey Mariann, long time no chat! I hope you are travelling well. Thanks for sharing your poem and I completely agree with this line and it was my favourite, “Silence is good in your mindfulness, until you can decipher the right reaction that is best for all who are involved”… very important. ☺️👏
