A burden that can leave one trembling.

Thoughts and worries that never cease,

Causing anxiety and stealing peace.

There are ways to alleviate stress.

Breathing exercises and mindfulness,

Can help calm the mind and reduce restlessness.

Can uplift mood and renew.

A good night's sleep and relaxation,

Can restore the mind and bring satisfaction.

Talking to someone and seeking support,

Can ease the burden and provide comfort.

Remember, mental health is essential,

Taking care of it is consequential.
