When the clock strikes midnight the world around you is still, quiet, and
peaceful. The souls of the northern hemisphere are mainly sleeping. A
moment not so long ago, midnight was the loudest time with the longest
hours. Mental warfare is something people don’t talk enough about. Laying
in a dark room staring into the chaos of your own mind. The depth of
thought patterns can lead to hours of running in circles mentally.
Exhaustion becomes a very close ally that brings lingering effects. Your
soul becomes very sleep deprived and you continue to run on fumes.
Trauma can and will flip your entire state of existence upside down and
around. Trauma from any stage of life or even past lives can be suppressed
in a way that makes you spin your wheels in chaos, until it is brought to the
surface. Some speculations are that how could it be accurate to have gone
through a life before this one? We are all created from energy, the source of
the universe. Those who can tap into the energy of another life are
beginning to shed the layers of conditioning. The layers that someone else
conditioned onto you. A belief system that is only an illusion of how life is
supposed to be. Every soul deserves freedom rather it be from a previous
life or trauma in the one you are living now. Freedom of the soul is the way
home. Surfacing traumatic experiences or traumatizing timelines is not
easy. It takes work, dedication, and will power. Healing is messy and don’t
let anyone tell you otherwise. To heal, you must first visit the parts of you
that are in hiding, the parts that have been pushed down and forgotten, the
parts of you that take every ounce of breath out of you. A small box full of
deep forgotten wounds. The hours between midnight and 3am is the best
time to talk to the Universe, the archangels, and your ancestors. To think
that so much turbulence and trauma can linger from one generation to the
next. Midnight is when I found my voice again, midnight is where I fell to
pieces so badly that it broke me down and cracked me open. Midnight is
when I found myself again...
