I can tell how difficult it is to express yourself since then.

I am so sorry how others treated you differently in the wrong way more than your relatives and your friends.

You should never, ever let those things get you down—at all.

Never be ashamed of yourself—every single day.

I know the things were not joyful to you.

I can see how you have been struggled with your self-compassion and self-worth—

I want it to let you know that, listen carefully—it doesn’t have to be perfect—-that’s ok!

That’s totally ok!

it’s ok if you’re both overwhelmed and compassionate.

It’s ok if you’re both tired and excited at the same time too.

I know you love and hate to read and learn—it's that ableism and ignorance by those people.

Yes, ignorance can be so cruel.

I know you have been pressured for many reasons..

Please don’t get too much for this—-it’s toxic…

I know you have tried—I believe in you.

You are enough!
