Mental Health Can Anyone Hear Me
Choices struggle or feel not you and drugged up

Mental Health Can Anyone Hear Me.
You go to the doctor,
your life’s in a spin,
"Take these pills," they say,
“you’ll feel better within.”
But when you get home,
it’s all turned upside down,
just a numbness that lingers,
like a heavy old crown.
They promise solutions,
but nothing feels right,
in the silence of night,
thoughts come alive with a fright.
You sit up and wonder,
“Is this all there is?”
a daily routine
of feeling lost in the mist.
You shake and you tremble,
just wanting relief,
yet each little pill
brings its own kind of grief.
They tell you “be patient,”
but it’s hard to keep hope,
when drowning in shadows
feels like a tightrope.
They say “it’s just mental health,”
as if it’s not real,
but the weight that you carry,
it’s heavy to conceal.
Isolation surrounds
like a thick, heavy wall,
you reach out for help,
but no one hears your call.
You want to feel normal,
to breathe without pain,
instead, you’re just drifting,
lost in the rain.
They treat you with drugs,
but they don’t understand,
you’re searching for answers,
a way to withstand.
In tired waiting rooms,
where no one can see,
the struggle is silent,
yet it’s screaming to be free.
Just a number on paper,
another quick fix,
while the world keeps on moving,
caught up in its tricks.
It’s not just a battle;
it’s a war in the mind,
and those drug-filled prescriptions
leave you feeling confined.
But know that you’re worthy
of feeling complete,
the search for real help
is a journey, not defeat.
So here’s to the voices
that rise from the pain,
to the stories untold,
and the strength to remain.
For through all the darkness,
there’s a flicker of light,
and the quest for true healing
is worth every fight.
