Maybe I’m in a State

I can feel creation

I am swimming in the pool of ideas

I am harnessing the potential of the universe

This must be how all creators feel

Musicians must be vessels for the soul of the cosmos

Painters must be the hands of creation

Novelist must see into the multiverse

Actors must be gods in their own universes

Poets are the translators of infinity

You try having every thought ever

It’s kind of just trying to get it out

Before it destroys you

I think feeling this level of elation

Was meant to be the default

This feels too good

To not be the preferred state of being
