Many Misunderstood Me, But Here's What I Am?

Lovable or Dangerous?

By Ralph SmithPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

I am the muse of every time,

Adorned in whispers, sweet and sublime.

Though they call me danger, I defy the thought,

A beacon of wonder, yet harm I brought not.

In a child’s laugh, I make elders glow,

A spark of youth in their hearts will grow.

Men find my essence in a woman’s grace,

But I dwell in all, in every space.

To the minds that see me as mere desire,

Your flames are fleeting, not my fire.

I am not the hunger that fades with the night;

I am the soul, the eternal light.

A trait of love, a virtue refined,

In character noble, I’m enshrined.

Though oft unseen in the lines of age,

I grace every chapter, on every page.

From the bloom of dawn to twilight’s hue,

I am the heart of what’s pure and true.

Not bound by gender, youth, or form,

I live in the quiet, in the eye of the storm.

So know me deeper, not just by face,

For I am the spirit of timeless grace.

In every being, I softly reside,

The 'beauty' eternal, your silent guide.
