You'll be missed, Dolly!
I wrote this on 8/25/2026 after hearing about Dolly's passing.
My first introduction to Dolly was seeing her in the movie 9-to-5. I thought she was sweet and funny and so I had to buy the soundtrack. I eventually expanded my Dolly collection and realized that she wrote and sang so many unforgettable songs, and one of my personal favorites is Two Doors Down, which is what I chose for the inspiration for this.
Like many, I consider Dolly a National Treasure and she will be missed.
