The cling clang of the falling pans rings out A common daily clamamity Displays are a show of urbanity Masking all pains, tired hands still do tout- Treats, pass joy, unless passing by without The only real fear is a cavity Hailed as a place for dates and family Dropped cookies, the only reason to pout So safe, so quaint, and suitably sheltered Decor distracts from other destruction The homeless mutters, shared, unfettered Paid for in rent and through it's seduction Hidden vices kept in as small guilt and- Wars kept out, Inside, only for discussion
