Why does it seem like love never finds me?
Why does it ignore me even though I'm on my knee?
Why does it ignore me even though I'm serious?
With love, why can't I ever be victorious?
Why can't I ever laugh?
My heart feels empty and I want to find my other half.
Why can't we watch together, the sunset?
With love and no regret?
Why can't we talk together under the stars all night,
With our love growing so bright?
But, I wonder why have the waves swallowed my dream?
Why do I cry and scream?
Why doesn't love find me?
Am I not worthy?

I have been taking some time away from writing. I haven't forgotten about Vocal, the truth is I just have been too busy pursuing other things to write online and honestly, my little family and I just had a really hard month between the flu and a weird eye infection/cold circulating our house.
