Turn it off

it’s always loud in here.

I can't explain why it's always loud in my head, it just is.

I'm not sure what is worse; my head always loud or suddenly being quiet.

Guess I got used to it- it's like having 30 tabs open on your computer; three of them are playing music or something and like 3 programs on in the background.

I've gotten used to it after so long but it's also so exhausting too. The never-ending train of thoughts.

Painting seems to tame the mind long enough to organize the thoughts and keep them at bay. Reading allows the mind to wander in a creative direction to keep the thoughts from spiralling.

What happens in the times I'm doing neither? Mental overload.

I'll never be out of misery.

Having a creative imagination has no limitations. My favourite past time is just dumping all my thoughts on to paper and seeing where it goes.
