It's loud
Out of control
Shakes my body up
It changes to new heights
With many lows
Water flows
Or sometimes I hold
Until my hands are numb
Tingles throughout my body
It wants to be known
A warning that something is wrong
Deep sigh
Its still here
Distract myself from it
It leaves when it wanna
Or just try to take me under
