Lonely Girl

Stuck in the City Lights

It goes past the attraction, deeper than the catch. It’s believed that passion is forever but the truth is... it never really lasts. No matter how hard you try, no matter your motive for love, it’s not worth the effort for someone who’s fallin stubbornly out of love. I often look at the stars, feel the street lights on my skin, the sound of cars rushing by but everything gets lost in the wind. I don’t know where I’m going, I don’t know who I’m supposed to be to you, but I have a heavy heart that needs love and I’m not getting that from you. I’ve told you time and time again, it runs off my tongue, I feel it goes in one ear and out the next because nothing ever gets done. As time ticks, as the days click on by, months years become the same and soon I dream to die. It’s not what you think but I know how it sounds, when you feel so bored, tired and run down... It all feels the same no ups or downs, what’s music if you can’t understand the lyrics it’s like adding extra pounds. Mentally I weep, physically I get weak. I’m so tired but now I don’t sleep. It’s just the start to being a lonely girl.
