Livid Waters

This must be why they told me not to go to bed angry...

Livid Waters

After a long day I frowned myself to sleep in the fury of life itself....

From the shore I admire

My ocean of fire...

My gasoline tempest inferno

Rouge waves that will blaze the eternal

Sparks reflect in my eyes as squalls light up the sky...

and the sound of the flames are melodic

and the view from above is chaotic

The heat wave is growing ferocious as the tide of lava approaches

towards my feet that won't budge from this spot...

Like this fire is all that I got!

Each flare's splash is seductive, and its power, destructive

I feel the undertow pulling me in...

Baptized in hellfire, Let's swim!

I'm almost completely immersed, and can't tell if it hurts

as the flames and my essence become one

I let the torch wash me over... I skinny dip supernova

I succumb as I soak in the Sun...

and with one teardrop, the burn is undone.
