Little Ray Rabbit,

Going about your day,

Do you ever rest,

On your important quest?

How I love,

Watching you bounce over

those fields over there,

But;

Little Ray Rabbit,

You must rest too,

At the end of the day.

You brighten my day,

With your little twitching

nose,

And,

Your fuzzy, snowy paws.

Little Ray Rabbit,

Why!

The sun is setting soon,

But still errands must be done;

Hop, hop, hoppity hop,

You must finish your busy day!

Little Ray Rabbit,

I must truly say!

It surely gets very tiring,

hopping every day.

The burrow is done,

The babies are sleeping;

Little Ray Rabbit,

Hop to bed, you may!
