I have a goal of 50 days - 50 haikus - responding to 50 different songs. These are songs with lyrics that I feel close to. Number Thirty Five is Little Miss Understood by Rod Stewart. It makes me cry.

Cold eyes pass her by
Whispering a name not hers
Trapped in their harsh words.
