As each grain of sand drips,
The hourglass cracks more and more,
Through the cracks, this lily climbs,
Engraving its presence,
Her soul fades,
In the sand, she drowns,
She is not begging for refuge,
Nor does she shed a single tear,
From her chest, the lily grew,
spiralling around her lungs,
Engulfing her with a sweet release,
Suffocating,
As the final grain drops,
There is nothing remaining,
But a beautiful image of a lily, emerging through the sand,
And blooming in its own glory,
Radiating under the desert stars,
Standing mighty and strong,
Through the cracks of the hourglass.
