Dear Reader,
I'd like to start off by thanking you for always taking the time to read my poetry. I love getting comments, feedback, and even when you turn around and follow me on Instagram because you liked my poetry that much. Thank you so much.
I'm not sure if you noticed I haven't been posting lately. It's no secret I struggle with PTSD and Panic Disorder (also known as Panic Attack Disorder). I cope with a lot of these feelings through poetry. However, lately, my depression has been so bad. It's really bad. Everything is hard right now. I feel that everything I've written lately is as empty and as meaningless as... well, me. So, I haven't posted until 'What Do We Title This Black-and-White Movie?' Which is a small snippet of my current depressive state of mind.
I don't know if this is me informing you that this is my return to posting poetry or apologizing because I might need a little more time. Or perhaps I'm apologizing because the poems to come won't be as cheerful. I truly don't know much right now. All I know is I'll be ok someday, even if I'm not today.
Thanks for all the reads and support.
much agape,
Bixi H.
