I can sum up everything
I’ve learned about life:
it goes on”
Life is always with us,
the question is:
are we always with life?
This reminds us
that life moves forwards
and it is up to us to move with life,
which includes the ups and downs.
We need to learn
to adapt,
to grow,
and to persevere
so that we can really make the most of our lives.
Life is a precious gift we have been ‘blessed’ with,
so let’s appreciate and respect this gift.
Whether we are here or not,
“life” will always be here
so let’s make sure we are here
to enjoy life.
Don’t
dwell on the past and miss today.
Don’t
fear the future and miss life now.
Live
in the present and make the most of every moment.
Embrace
every minute of life that we have.
Learn from and enjoy every experience.
Keep moving forwards
in our journey in life with
determination, courage and joy.
