Pale

Thinned out and worn down

Blue shimmers into focus

Gradients in tone

Remnants of somnolence

Pale flesh flushed

Thinned out and worn down

Blue shimmers into focus

— I am awake, life has forgiven me —

— I am living, life has not forsaken me —

{Every day a little closer}

Remnants of somnolence

— I am awake, not sleeping forever —

{Every day a little closer to feeling}

Pale flesh flushed
