Life: The Book of Peace

7/16/11

It’s all a state of mind;

That most see as hard to find.

It’s really pretty simple,

Yet oh so hard to understand.

Peace, is in us all.

Keep it in your brain, that

The world lives in pain, but,

Keep it in your heart, that

Before it falls apart,

We can be at peace.

Just to live feeling that

It can be found,

Then you die having known it.

Live and love life.

But love death more.

For it is in death,

We are most at peace.

Resting for eternity,

Not in the wood of a casket,

But rather, entombed in love.

The tears shed,

And prayers uttered,

Are not in vain, no matter what you believe.

For peace will be brought to those who know

The life of the passed on was one of peace as well.

Write your tale all the way through,

Fill the pages with love and peace.

Remember that death is not the end,

Nor an epilogue; simply the next book in a series

In the library of our existence.
