Lemon Bliss Cake

3 eggs

A pinch of salt

12 tablespoons of sugar

12 tablespoons of oil

12 tablespoons of milk

Zest of a lemon

Juice of half a lemon

12 tablespoons of flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20cm (8-inch) mold with butter or cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt until well combined.

Gradually add 12 tablespoons of sugar, creating a creamy mixture.

Pour in 12 tablespoons of oil and 12 tablespoons of milk, stirring until the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Add the zest of a lemon and the juice of half a lemon to infuse a delightful citrus flavor into the batter.

Gently fold in 12 tablespoons of flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder until the batter is smooth and well-mixed.

Transfer the batter into the prepared mold and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, allow the cake to cool in the mold for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Before serving, dust the top of the cake with icing sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.

Thank you for trying out this lemon bliss cake recipe. Enjoy your baking! 🍋🍰
