Late Stage Emo Phase
can't spell poem without emo

Always been partial to Nu Metal pissed
But there’s more than one way to ball up your fist
My current playlist
Less Limp Bizkit
And more La Dispute
I search for movie quote edits
To make me cry ‘til I puke
Took an online quiz
And I’m a high percentage
Hate my mom and dad?
Check
Are you always sad?
Check
And I still dream about her
And how she made me feel
Like a child in the womb
Dependent
My throat going hoarse from
Waxing poetic
With overwrought metaphors
About flooding rivers
And hemorrhaging hearts
My cold, numbing fingers
Stitching up scars
I’ll never recover
From missing my core
Every day’s bleeding
And just the slamming of doors
And I don’t like how the guyliner is starting to talk
Like the Green Goblin mask
Though I’ve never worn makeup
Or dyed my hair black
Guess it’s never too late
To embrace change
Some dudes hang out in bars
Or buy fancy cars
I’m thinking about black shirts
Red ties
And brushing my hair
In front of my eyes
