The crisp feel of nothing fills the air

As you lie there, lie there

An energy surrounds you

Waiting to be used

As you lie there, lie there

But never move

The crisp feel of nothing fills the air

As I sit here, sit here

An energy surrounds me

Waiting to be used

As my feet move across the carpet

Zip-zip zap-zap

As I sit here, sit here

But never move

The crisp feel of nothing fills the air

As we do nothing, do nothing

An energy surrounds us

Building, building, building

Waiting to be used

—but when?

When will the tension finally be released

When will the energy finally be used

When will we finally move

The crisp feel of nothing fills the air

As you lie there, lie there

The energy has reached its zenith

Yet you just lie there, lie there

And I just sit here, sit here

My feet dragging across the carpet

Zip-zip zap-zap

Continually building

Forever building

What will never be used
