“Not all of us can do great things,

but we all can do small things with great love.”

It is in our human nature to be kind.

And sometimes

the smallest acts of kindness

is the one that is

the most needed and appreciated.

It is very often

a collection of small ‘kindnesses’

that make big changes in society.

It is a proven fact

that the many small acts of kindness

improve mental well-being,

for both the giver and the receiver.

This fosters and encourages

joy and happiness

within the neighbourhood

and society in general.

All of this reduces anxiety and stress,

which can only benefit us

mentally, physically and emotionally.

Even the smallest kindness,

like opening a door for someone,

contributes to the positive and healthy welfare

of the world we live in.
