Keep Breathing

It is in you somewhere.

By Hannah WeaverPublished 9 years ago 1 min read

When the anxiety has built

And built

And you

Are standing

On top of a 10,000 foot tower

With clenched fists

Looking down

And you don’t know

Where the next breath

You are going to take is

Coming from anymore

Keep breathing

It is in you

Somewhere

Keep breathing

You don’t have to look

You don’t have to think

You just have to breathe

No one

Is asking you

To be anything

Other than human

Keep breathing

Keep breathing
