Laughter can brighten even the darkest day,
And bring a little sunshine to the heart.
But anger sometimes gets in the way,
And makes us say things we wish we could restart.

Happiness can return after the rain,
A quiet feeling growing from within.
It helps us learn from every bit of pain,
And reminds us that tomorrow may still win.

We laugh when life gives reasons to be glad,
We lose our temper when the world feels wrong.
We cry, we heal, and even when we're sad,
A little hope can help us carry on.

These feelings make us who we truly are,

A mix of joy and anger, near and far.

it is about our daily lives,

and just being human.
